FITNESS SUITE


The Fitness Suite includes 16 cardio-vascular machines as well as free weights and weight training machines. Towards the back of the gym there is also a stretching area and an area for plyometric work. Students have the opportunity to use the Fitness Suite as part of the PE curriculum where they are shown how to use the specific machines safely. Older students can use the Fitness Suite during lunchtimes and after school, and there is also the chance for students to participate in fitness classes run by a qualified Iron-Man coach.

FOOD TECH CLASSROOM


Nutrition and healthy eating is highly regarded throughout the school and the state of the art facilities within the department are a reflection of this. At the centre of the Senior School, the library is available for all members of our school community. The study space with large tables and bright colour scheme is perfect for individual study, group and class use.
